Megan English talks about her approach to Movement Psychotherapy and Dance Movement Therapy based on emotions being experienced in the body as well as the mind.  Sessions are tailored to the individual and include relaxation and breathing techniques, body focusing exercises and improv movement. 


Apolonia Velasquez, Co-Artistic Director with Ofilio Sinbadinho of Gadfly Dance Company, a contemporary dance ensemble that communicates through dialects such as Contemporary, Jazz, Hiphop, Voguing and Bboyin. Highlight their 2nd Anniversary taking place Sunday August 8th at Augusta House 5.50pm and the Toronto Urban Dance Symposium featuring panel discussion, workshops and Q&A about the urban dance industry taking place at City Dance Corps, 489 Queen Street West 3rd Floor (west of Spadina).
