Montreal based choreographer/dancer Mariko Tanabe on her 5 day workshop Body-Mind Centering and the Dancing Body taking place March 1-5 10.15am - 12.45am at Toronto Dance Theatre, 80 Winchester Street. Explores principles of Body-Mind Centering Techniques.through meditation, hands on work and movement and vocal explorations. Tanabe has trained in Butoh, Flamenco, Middle Eastern Dance, Experimental Theatre, Alexander Technique, Yoga and Healing Arts.
