Angela Blumberg, a freelance dance artist, completed her Bachelors Degree in Contemporary Dance at the Laban Centre, London Uk, worked as guest dancer for The Van-L Dance Company and is a certified GYROTONIC instructor. GYROTONIC is an exercise modality that guides users to simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons while also articulating and mobilizing the joints.
