Sasha Ivanochko, Dancer, Choreographer and Artistic Director of blackandblue dance projects is pleased to present her passionate new dance work Speak, Love, a duet featuring Sasha Ivanochko and Brendan Wyatt, in Toronto for a limited run 8pm November 21 to 23, 2013 at The Winchester Street Theatre, 80 Winchester Street. Marie France Forcier, Artistic Director of Forcier Stage Works and MFA candidate at York University on her presentation of IN absentia, 8pm Wednesday November 20th to Friday November 22 2013 at Hub 14, 14 Markham Street, Toronto. Choreographer Dana Gingras, formerly of Holy Body Tattoo, on the DanceWorks presentation of the Toronto premiere of New Animal, a ferocious multi-media work Gingras created with and specifically for Vancouver's 605 Collective. Suffused with raw, unbridled energy, groove, playfulness and a hunger for movement, five supremely versatile performers reclaim their animal bodies as a means of becoming fully human.
