Monica Dottor, Choreographer and Co-Artistic Director of Company Blonde Dance Projects on their interdisciplinary dance play Malaria Lullaby. Has elements of contemporary dance, theatre, aerial trapeze and multi-media technology. Opens Thursday August 4 at Theatre Passe Muraille Mainspace. Also talks about her acting role in The Trolley Car centered around a tempestuous love triangle. Opens Thursday August 4 8pm at Factory Studio Theatre. www.companyblonde.com

National Theatre School students Yurika Sase and Sebastien Heins talk about the Opus Syndrome production Origami Airplane. This is an extremely physical fairytale that explores diversity and dysfunction around the world and at the dinner table. Opens Friday August 5 7:30pm at Theatre Centre.

Toronto-Based Theatre Artist Liz Peterson and Sean O'Neill  Co-Artistic Directors of Events in Real Time, on their production of Express Yourself, a play about connection and the impulse to perform. Combines stories from her life both real and made up, with live projections, improvisation, text, music and dance. Choreography by Aurora Stewart de Pena in collaboration with Ame Henderson. Peterson was an intern at Ontological Hysteric Theater in NY. Opens Thursday August 4 9pm at Hub 14, 14 Markham Street.
